WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com to initiate the process of replacing the item. Please include the following information:
Order Number Proof of Purchase
Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable).
Complete shipping address
In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
We will send you an email to confirm once your replacement or return has been processed. After it has been confirmed, we will process your return or replacement, whichever the case may be. The return or refund will only be processed when the order has not arrived at its destination and the replacement of the item will be allowed only in the same case including damage to the package.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be credited to your account.
